A woman in Florida made a startling discovery over the weekend when she found her boyfriend stuck in her house’s cat door, News4Jax.com reported.
The girlfriend of Charles Tucker Jr., 33, had reportedly kicked him out of her St. Augustine home. Hours later, she found the man stuck in the small door and called police. When they arrived four minutes later, the man was dead, News4Jax.com reported.

"He's a big guy. I don't even know how he could fit through there," Tucker’s friend, Will Elliot told News4Jax.com. "Probably to get in and unlock the door. Veteran flight attendant Mark Gentile, currently a US Airways union rep for the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA MEC, said that this case of the lingerie wearing man is "certainly one of the most bizarre."
"I could see how someone could take offense to it because you're sitting inches away from someone on an aircraft and people respect their privacy and don't what to have that invaded," he said.
Gentile, who has been a flight attendant for 34 years, said that passengers behaving in bizarre ways is not uncommon.
"I'm surprised there aren't books written on the situations that occur … I don't think you could dream up this particular one," he said, recalling a time in his career when he witnessed a man try to use a closet as a bathroom on a redeye flight. A Vero Beach mom was busted for battery after police say she bit her teen daughter in the leg after the girl tried to stop her Rihanna CD.
Robyn Harr, 38, was arrested on April 1 following a spat over the pop singer's tunes, according to an Indian River County Sheriff's Office report.
According to the report, Harr's daughter told officers her mom had been playing loud music and wouldn't turn it down.
Harr's daughter said her mother was "very intoxicated and has been being nasty all day," the report said.
When the daughter went to take the Rihanna CD out of the player, Harr bit her in the leg, according to the report.
Officers arrived and found a fresh bite mark on the daughter's leg. Harr admitted to biting her daughter and said her daughter had attacked her, the report said.
The report said there was no sign of a struggle, and Harr was arrested.

MANATEE — A search of a 25-year-old man following a traffic stop Wednesday morning revealed one bag of marijuana and one bag of cocaine in the driver’s buttocks, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office. The driver said only the marijuana belonged to him.
Raymond Stanley Roberts was pulled over at 8:40 a.m. in the 500 block of 63rd Avenue East. Approaching the Hyundai, deputies said they could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, according to the report.
After writing a speeding ticket, one of the deputies asked Roberts if he smoked marijuana and when had he done it last. According to the arrest report, Roberts replied that he smoked the night before and there was nothing in the car. He then told the two deputies to search the car.
While searching Roberts’ person, deputies felt a soft object in his buttocks. The report said Roberts then said, “Let me get it,” and pulled out a clear plastic bag of marijuana weighing 4.5 grams.
He was then asked if he was holding anything else, and Roberts said no.
Deputies then felt another soft object in the same area and pulled it out through the exterior of Roberts’ shorts. The object was a bag with 27 pieces of rock cocaine weighing 3.5 grams, the report stated.
When the bag fell to the ground, Roberts immediately said, according to the report, “The white stuff is not mine, but the weed is.” He then stated that his friend had borrowed the vehicle before and he saw the cocaine on the passenger seat when he was pulled over.
Roberts has been charged with possession of rock cocaine and marijuana. He was released Wednesday from Manatee County jail after posting a $1,120 bond. Continue reading........

A man charged with selling drugs allegedly showed up to a South Florida court hearing wearing a jacket with a cartoon-style recipe for cooking crack cocaine.
An attorne snapped a picture of the defendant Friday.
The jacket had pictures of a white substance with a spoon, a carton of baking soda and a small pot over a fire. The end product was a "rock," which is slang for the drug.
The man's attorney, Joshua Rydell, would not reveal the name of the man. The defendant did not get in trouble for his apparel.
But Rydell said clients have surprised him in the past by showing up to court wearing drug-related attire.
The judge declined to comment on the jacket. Continue reading........

JANUARY 23--A Florida teenager who called 911 last week asked police to place her in a Christian children’s shelter because she “heard her mother having s..£x.”
Responding to a domestic disturbance call Thursday around 4 AM, a cop questioned the mother and daughter at their Panama City residence, according to a police report. The duo had been involved in a “verbal altercation,” a cop noted.
The girl, 15, told an officer that she wanted to go to a local shelter “because she heard her mother having s..£ex” and “felt disrespected” by her 35-year-old parent’s actions. The teen acknowledged that “there was no form of abuse or neglect in the house.”
The mother explained to police that she had invited her boyfriend over and “sometime during the visit, her daughter heard them having s..£ex and became upset.” The woman added that “their bedrooms are next to each other and she didn’t intend to wake her daughter up.”
After speaking with a representative from the shelter, the teen decided that she did not want to leave her home because “it was almost time for school.”
The Panama City Police Department cop reported leaving a domestic rights brochure at the residence. Continue reading........

THIEVES KILL FAMILYS PET TURKEY FOR THANKSGIVING MEAL

Gulf Breeze, Florida (PNJ) -- Tom the turkey had lived happily on Brian and Christa Caponi's 6-acre spread in Gulf Breeze for the past year along with their menagerie of cats, goats, a dog, chickens and roosters.
He was special among their 50 or so animals, Christa said.
"He was a family pet," she said. "It was like having a normal family dog."
But when her husband got up early Monday morning to feed the animals, the 30-pound Tom was missing.
He soon discovered a trail of blood and feathers and feared the worst.
Then, upon looking at a recording from a security camera on the property, he saw one man stealing Tom and another running along the fence line.
Monday, two Santa Rosa County men, one of them a neighbor, were charged with stealing the bird and using a bow and arrow to kill it.
Santa Rosa County sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua W. Anderson, 19, and Jacob H. Provo, 18, who live near the Caponis. They are charged with armed burglary, armed trespassing, theft of livestock and animal cruelty.
They admitted that they planned to eat Tom for Thanksgiving and were on the way to butcher it when they were arrested.
Some of Tom's feathers were found in a shed on the Caponis' property. His body was found in the back of Provo's pickup.
"It's been a very rough two days," Christa said.
Tom will be missed, she said.
"He was so friendly," she said.
Brian Caponi told deputies he suspected Provo because his pickup had been parked on Ocean Breeze Lane near the Caponi residence. While Provo lived on Ocean Breeze, there was no reason for him to be near their home at the dead-end of the road, he said.
Deputies investigated the tip and stopped Provo, who was driving the pickup in the area Monday afternoon. Anderson was with him in the truck.
Provo initially told a deputy that he had killed the bird in Milton, according to the report.
But after questioning, Provo told deputies that he had entered the Caponis' property armed with a bow and arrow. He said he went into the pen where Tom was and shot him with an arrow, the arrest report said.
Anderson told officers that he was accompanying Provo when the turkey was killed, the report said.
The men are in the Santa Rosa County jail on bonds of $57,000.
The Caponis expect to have a tough Thanksgiving.
"My husband and I are big animal lovers," Christa said. "Our animals are very close to us."

Witnesses told police this week that they pleaded with a Florida man to stop having s..£x with his pit bull, but he refused.
Tampa police officers said that the witnesses flagged them down on Wednesday after 57-year-old Bernard Marsonek ignored neighbors who yelled at him for having s..£x with the animal in his yard, according to the Tampa Tribune.
Officers interviewed Marsonek in his home, and found that he was illegally possessing a handgun.
Marsonek is facing charges of aggravated animal cruelty, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and s..£xual activity involving animals.
Eight pit bulls were placed in the custody of Animal Services.
